Ramsha Jamshaid is a first-generation Canadian who immigrated from Pakistan in 2002 and can fluently speak Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Ramsha graduated in 2013 with an Honours Degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology and Religion from McMaster University.

In 2014 Ramsha joined Taragh Bracken’s team working on Family Law matters with Taragh. Throughout her time with Taragh, she has gained extensive experience in Family Law, including the Hague Convention, Uncontested Trials, and Ex-Parte Motions to Travel. She has assisted overseas clients with out of province divorces and child abductions. Ramsha is diligently working towards her law degree and once called to the bar, she plans to continue to implement her extensive skills and knowledge at TMB Law.

Additionally, Ramsha is an active member of her Pakistani and Muslim community and enjoys supporting her community by volunteering at Muslim Shelters. She is an advocate for immigrant families especially women and children. Whenever Ramsha is not working, studying or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and hitting the slopes during winter.
